It’s easy to enter to win Oakley Prizm Sunglasses, just follow the steps below:

1- Tell us which sports you practice, which of the Prizm technologies would suit you best and if you knew that you can graduate your sports glasses at InterOptics no matter what sport you practice. You must put hashtag to #tudeporte, #tuprizm and to answer if you know that you can graduate your sports glasses #yes or #no (put the hashtags is very important to participate).

2- You can follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with all the news about this and other sweepstakes.

3- You must be attentive to the publication of the result of the contest, which will be published on our Fanpage of #Facebook.

4- It is important that you read the rules of the #contest to know if you meet the conditions. The sweepstakes is local, check that your town participates.

5- You have until July 15, 2018 to make your comment.

Also, if you want your friends to participate in the sweepstakes you can share the post or tag them and encourage them to comment to participate.

Legal Terms and Conditions Facebook Sweepstakes InterOptics Oakley Prizm 2018

1.- Organizing Company.
InterOptics Optics is the organizer of the Sweepstakes in this promotion.

2.- Dissociation with respect to Facebook.
Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from Facebook and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to the company Óptica InterOptics and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used to manage the contestant’s participation, to communicate the prize or other commercial uses.

3.- Object and mechanics of the contest.
To participate in this Sweepstakes and be able to win a pair of glasses that are raffled in this promotion, you will only have to follow the following steps:

1- Tell us which sports you practice, which of the Prizm technologies would suit you best and if you knew that you can get your sports glasses prescription at InterOptics no matter what sport you practice.

2- You must put hashtag to #tudeporte, #tuprizm and to answer if you know that you can graduate your sports glasses #yes or #no (put the hashtags is very important to participate).

The winner will win Oakley Prizm Sunglasses. Inappropriate entries will be eliminated. Participation in the Contest implies the transfer and express authorization of all intellectual property and image rights on the entries, so that the participant transfers to the company InterOptics the exploitation rights of intellectual, industrial and/or image nature that may correspond or derive from the entries sent to participate in the Contest.

4.- Duration and Scope
The activity will take place in Alfaz del Pí and the surrounding localities, so the localities contained between the boundaries between La Villajoyosa, Callosa de Ensarriá and Calpe will participate. The start date of the contest will be May 25, 2018, and the end date will be Sunday, July 15, 2018. The winner will be announced that same day, through Facebook.

Requirements to participate
All individuals over 18 years of age residing in Alicante, Spain, who comment on the publication that will be published on our Fan Page oﬁcial Facebook https:// www.facebook.com/InterOpticsAlfaz and who have a real user profile on Facebook can participate in the Promotion.

6.- Selection of the winner, alternates, communication and delivery
The selection of the winner(s) will be made at random through Easypromo. If the winner is not contacted within 3 days from the first contact attempt, or if the winner renounces to the prize, a new winner will be selected, losing the previous winner’s right to claim the prize. Likewise, the name of the winner will be communicated on the Facebook fan page of https://www.facebook.com/ InterOpticsAlfaz, once the promotion is ﬁnalized and during the following 48 hours. The company Óptica InterOptics will not send the gifts directly to the winners. Once they have been contacted and have provided the appropriate data the winner will have to collect the prize in our store in Alfaz del Pí personally. If the winner does not collect their prize within 15 days, a new winner will be selected.

7.- Awards

We will give away Oakley Prizm Sunglasses (valued at more than 170€).

8.- Reservations and limitations
It shall be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the abuse of server queries and all those behaviors that may be apparently abusive and/or malicious.

The finding of any of these circumstances during the contest will result in the automatic disqualification from the contest as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded. The company Óptica InterOptics is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identiﬁcation. The company Óptica InterOptics reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsiﬁcation of the contest. The company Óptica InterOptics excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which participation in the promotion, the defrauding of the utility that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, but not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses via the Internet. The company Óptica InterOptics reserves the right to make changes that result in the success of the contest when there is just cause or force majeure that prevent it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules. The company Óptica InterOptics reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the contest, as well as the right to interpret these legal bases. Likewise, the organizing company will be exempt from any liability in the event of any of the aforementioned cases, as well as from any liability for damages that may be caused during the enjoyment of the prize.

The data provided by participants will be treated conﬁdentially and collected in an automated ﬁchero of personal data, being the company Óptica InterOptics holder Fay Gallagher NIF X 3346849-G and responsible for that ﬁchero, with registered office at Carrer Prínceps d’Espanya, 17, 03580 l’Alfàs del Pi, Alicante. Whose ﬁnality will be …. the management of this sweepstakes and sending commercial information that may be of interest. The company Óptica InterOptics guarantees full compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in this Sweepstakes, especially with regard to the attention of the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.

Acceptance of the rules.
The simple participation in the contest implies acceptance of these Rules, so that the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a result, the company Optica InterOptics will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with the participant.
